KEZORA SYSTEMS is a UK-based technology consultancy. We decide how and why personal information collected through this website and by email is used, which makes us the data controller.

• Basic technical data processed by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the website.

This website has no accounts, comments or contact form, and it does not use advertising trackers.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work with you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep the website secure and working properly. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
• To understand overall website use, if cookieless analytics are switched on. This uses aggregated data and our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers who process information on our behalf, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) and our email provider.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping. We delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
